Mission

SISTAs (Sisters In Survivorship Through Action and Support) CanSurvive Coalition’s (SCSC) mission is to provide a culturally sensitive approach to combat and cope with diseases of breast, cervical ovarian and prostate cancer and to promote healthy lifestyle changes among medically underserved populations. The mission is addressed by putting survivorship and health and wellness principles into practice by providing education, outreach, research, resource and support services.
